For playing in our club the rule 2G+ applies:
Everybody who wants to play indoor sport in our club has to be either completely vaccinated or recently (6 month) recovered from Corona, and has to prove this by showing either a valid QR-code or another official document (vaccination passport, printed QR-Code, etc.).
Furthermore every participant has to show a negative test result. 4 ways:
a) either present a PCR-Test, not older than 48 hours,
or
b) present a test result from a test center, not older than 24 hours,
or
c) present a test result from a self test you did at home or somewhere else, signed by a witness older than 18 years. You can find the necessary document to be signed and presented at the entrance door of the gym here. Or see the download button below.
or
d) as an exception, if a, b, or c are not possible due to extreme circumstances: bring a self test and the printout of the selftest form, and carry out this test in front of the gym, and let a club mate be the witness, to testify the correct execution of the test. Most important is the document.
e) if you do not have a printer at home, you may fill out this online form. Please make sure, that you complete all the needed data (*) and submit it successfully. Only if submitted successfully, you will get a confirmation!
ATTENTION: "boostered" people do not have to present a test result.
There are some exceptions, which apply for children (<14 years), and or for people, who cannot be vaccinated, but as we currently have nobody in the club affected by such an exception, it is not necessary to mention them here, to keep it shorter.
You will find the official rules in full length here and here (LSB faq section).
The good news, in our club almost everybody is vaccinated, we have only 3 club members (out of 220), who either don't want, or cannot be vaccinated. Everybody else provided a QR-code, which got approved by using the CovCheck app.
But !!! as the QR-code says nothing about the reason for issuing the QR-code (vaccinated or recovered?), we ask the "recovered" to take care about their status, and either stay away from playing once their QR-code gets invalid because of outdated recovery status, or to take care about a vaccination or booster immediately. Please report to the club administration, if your QR-code got invalid.
The fines, which would have to pe paid by the club and the rule violator in case of being caught by the police are quite high. And police raids in gyms definitely happen from time to time. We heard that from other clubs, which got fined, and had to pay 1000 €, + 1000 € fine to those, who were in the gym, but did not have a valid test and/or vaccination QR-code.
Our experience with Corona cases in the club so far:
